Liteon 5046 DVD recorder lens cleaning

My liteon 5046 DVD recorder has stopped reading any disc whatsoever (out of guarantee now) since last week. I can not use a dvd cleaner disk, since it would not read it (it just says "no disc"), and when I opened the cover, I can not find where the lens is to try to clean it with alcohol/qtip). Many thanks for your help in locating the lens. I am attaching a photo of the inside after I took the cover off the machine.

Even if it says "no disc", the player will normally spin up the disc and try to read it for at least a few seconds after you press play. Just eject and reload a few times to give it a good clean. If cleaning was going to work, that should do it.
