Video on the Blackberry Pearl

I have tons of video editing software: Nero 7 ultra, Ulead MSP 7 and dvd Movie Factory 2, epson film factory, intervideo windvd5 & creator, tenomichi, windows media encoder & movie maker, but for the life of me, cannot get one to properly convert a video to play on my blackberry. Anyone have any good tips for program settings for any of these?

who is your cell carrier ? and what are the video specs for the blackberry

to put videos on my QVGA verizon LG9900 enV I use SUPER

it has all the settings and codecs for most phones, even does ipod video
