    My sister wants to buy her boyfriend a portable DVD player. I was curious on which modems or brands are good for DiVX & XViD playback on DVD-R. It should have a decent battery life (3-4 hours?) and a 16:9 display.

    Any ideas on what I should tell my sister to buy?
