Pinnacle Studio9 (version 9.4) is used to make mpg files of the videos taken using Sony Cam Corder.
These mpg files were converted to make DVDs for playing in commecial DVD players using Honestech DVD Authoring studio 2.0.
Glitches occur whenever we play back the Video in commercial DVD players like Denon 1720 or National Panasonic.
How to prevent this from occurring?
    Regards

Excellent chance that the problem is the combination media you are using. your DVD writer and the DVD players.

What brand of media are you using?

Does one writer seem more likely to show problems than the other?

Does one brand of media show greater problems?

There are significant differences between your writers, and the actual manufacturers of the media also differ.

If the results uniformly show problems on both writers and both types of media, I suspect your player may be the source of incompatibilty.

You may wish to try TY or MCC (verbatim) media.

Though the medias that I used are different, the DVDs when played on my computer using Windows Media Player there were no glitches.
Let me try the Verbatim media and confirm back to you the results.
Any specific setting required in the commercial DVD players which will help in overcoming the glitch problems.
    Regards
