Is there an ALL-IN-ONE program that let me convert,edit & burn video fi

That's right, i'm looking for something like that, the idea is not to install different programs for an specific situation, ok i'd understand if you say that could be better if i do that, but there must be a pack around, dont you think?

Convert to what? For DVD you have latest tmpgenc dvd author 3, nerovision, ulead dvd moviefactory or click on Tools in our menu here to the left and select all-in-one dvd converters(not all can edit,burn though).

My suggestion would be for Ulead Movie Factory, Ulead video Studio if you want more editing options.

The things that you are asking you may get...but in Pandora's Box

Think brother, all the jobs are different and you need to have specialized tool for each. At least editing is a completely different job. Otherwise ConvertXToDVD or AVI2DVD are both good for Converting+burning but you need something good to edit...and all this if you want to get good output, otherwise go for NVE
