    WinVDR works like a charm, and keeps my videos.
    One problem.
    If I record audio (my capture device puts the audio into the Microphone part of my computer in the back) it gets extremely extremely loud, blurry, and blasted. Other programs record the audio beautifully, why does this one just take my audio and blast it so loud? I've tried settings, options, doesn't work. What do I do?

    Check the mic-in settings in the sound mixer and lower them if necessary. If you are using the on-board sound, consider buying a cheap sound blaster for recording.
