    Not sure I understand. $20.99 after rebate - free shipping and no tax. Roughly 21 cents each.

    Bestbuy (assuming they are on sale at 12.99 per 50) will be $25.98 plus tax if in store. Not sure where you live but additional sales tax here would put them at nearly 28 cents each.
