    I have all the binaries installed.

    when i try to convert .wmv to .flv it happens INSTANTLY and the file has ZERO size.

    in the log it says CODEC MISMATCH... what do i do?

    Hi, I was in the same trouble.

    BUT if your source is playable with QT, please check "decode with QT" in the Options tab.

    Then I can encode to FLV!

    *Videosize and letterboxsize should be even. (Devide by 16?)
