blue lines in digital video camera video playback

I have a JVC GR-D370U digital Video Camera. There are blue lines through my video when I play them back. I tried paying it on the tv using camera and a/v cables with same result. I treid using a brand new tape and it recorded fine, I didnt see any lines during record on the lcd, bytr when I tried ot play it back there are blue lines, I can see the video under the blue lines and hear the audio. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

I took my camera to place where I purchased it..they used a head cleaner and it works fine.
