I was following the great guide on the how-to section about how to stream live tv using WME 9.

I tried it but I'm getting a problem, I try to set up a broadcast my video is coming out all messed up. It seems like it is lacing over one another or is out of tune and shows multiple images and I don't think the sound is working. I have a Conexant Falcon II tv-tuner/capture card.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Here is a test video of my problems.

I am running Windows Media Center 2005 if that's of any help. Intel DualCore Intel Pentium D 940, 3200 MHz.

I can run my tuner properly in Media Center, but it won't work in WME.

If you guys need any more info, I can try looking for some.

    Thanks for the help.

    huh?

I've never seen a video that bad.

You should tell us everything from the git-go so we don't have to sit here and guess what you're trying to do.

    EDIT:
I've seem to have figured it out after playing around with WME for a while.
The video was being squished, I had to let it run in it's native state, which is 720 x 480, and then it ran clean.

Now, can anyone help me shrink it down to a 340x260, or whatever is reasonable? Heh, thanks.

    Alright, well..

I downloaded, installed WME and then I followed the guide straight up and I get that result.

I select the Conexant Falcon video device and just follow the guide from there on. I don't really know what else to explain. If you have any specific detail you would want me to look up, please ask.

I'm sorry I can't be of more help.

    Thanks, though.

Edit: To me, it does look like the video is actually coming, it's just overlapping...
