Encoding Quicktime movie to Flash with ffmpegX resulting in 0 Kb (part 2)

I am sorry I encountered the same problem again but it did´nt get solved as before.
Here is what it said:

Number of stream maps must match number of output streams

You can't convert video-only (1 stream) to video + audio (2 streams). It's like giving ffmpeg an impossible task.
