    I'm a real newbie to this stuff, but I was able to convert my mpeg to vcd using Nero. Now I want to add a title (intro text) before the video portions starts or add narration to the video. Are there any freeware programs that will work for this?

    My best bet is to get a video editor (Some of them are cheap) and produce a small clip using text and/or audio and encode it as the first track in your vcd. If anyone else has a better idea PLEASE POST! It'll be nice to have B\G music in the menu section of the vcd.
