    Hi,

    Can anyone recommend a suitable filter for either VirtualDub or AviSynth that will remove Telecine Wobble? I have a fractional - though not negligable - amount on some 16mm footage.

    Cheers,

    Rob.

    DeShaker is an AMAZING plugin for VirtualDub that might do exactly what you want.

    good luck, and pls report back your findings. I have some 1950's steam train footage that I'm thinking of putting through it since its got telecine wobble too.

    DeShaker is usually complete overkill for gate weave.

    try Stab() for AVIsynth...
