Hello all: I just made a VCD and it plays back in VCD-player successfully. BUT I found a new question: the sound is a little bit lag behind the image, they are not in synchronization!
I checked the original file for making the VCD, it does synchronize while playing in the PC.
Why the Nero-Express makes this mistake during the manufacture of VCD? --Zhao

Basically because Nero sucks.
For best results, you should manually convert the files. Or find a different "one button" tool for your conversions.Google is your Friend
It depends on what you played it in on the pc ... not all programs perform the same ... so it's best to test the file in more than one player , too make sure the problem dosent actual exist within the file , before biting nero .
