AC3 Filter using SPDIF. No AC3 or DTS in WMP or MCE

I am using AC3 Filter when I play avi/dvix files in MCE or WMP. The problem is that I am not getting the digital pass thru to trigger my A/V receiver to indicate it's processing DD sound. When I watch live HDTV that broadcast DD sound, it's also not being detected. I was using AC3Filter v1.01a rc5 without any problems but since I have bought a seperate sound card, it won't pick up DD sound. I've tried the newest AC3Filter v1.11 with the same results. I've got the SPDIF box checked, PMC 24bit, and 5.1 channel output.

I've tested this on my main rig which is using SPDIF to Logitech system that decodes DD sound. I get the same results with any version newer than v1.01a rc5. Seems very odd to me to see any version from 1.03-1.11 doesn't work for me. Any tips?

You can also try ffdshow, in the audio configuration under codecs set ac3 and dts decoding to spdif.
