    Hi
    I have added a subtitle(srt) file to an AVI file using AVI-Mux 1.17.1. But when i play it after that i can't see the subtitle. Then i open the modified AVI file with AVI-Mux and there is the subtitle file in it. I can't find out what the problem is.

    Any idea?

    Requires a compatible player/subtitle renderer. Fact is that leaving the srt external is more compatible.

    I'm using the ffdshow and it works with AVI files i got from my friend, but doesn't work with the one i modified.

    Should work if you have accept embedded subtitles enabled.
