Womble MPEG Video Wizard DVD crashes when run

It worked fine a week ago, but now during load I get:

Womble MPEG Video Wizard has encountered a problem and needs to close

AppName: mpegvideowizard.exe AppVer: 1.0.2.3 ModName: womble.dll
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 00018b63

I tried re-installing, but same problem. I definitely have the latest version.

Only things I installed recently are for my cell phone and I uninstalled them all, but it didn't fix it:

Vcast
ImToo
3GP Converter
MIKSOFT Mobile 3GP converter

I also removed some hard drives. Don't know if that could be it, but the reinstall should have taken care of folder settings and such.

Any ideas?

Um, well, I fixed it. Can't be sure which of the following did it since I did these things before installing again:

Removed all the cell phone tools I installed recetly.
Removed several codecs I didn't think I needed.
Uninstalled the program, then removed the folder (didn't do that last time) and all references in the registry (didn't do that last time).
Reinstalled - now it works.
