    My computer plays original vcds just fine, but does anyone know if it can play backups? someone sent me a copy of a movie and they don't play on neither media player or on my dvd player

    I have the same problem with copies. Dont know about originals. miniDVD plays fine but not VCD's downloaded from the net

    Location: Some airport, somewhere..
    "Copies" should play just fine. If it doesn't, it may be a hardware/media problem.
