Program activation code

I have lost my activation code which meens i cant download a new copy of the program or update it. I have tried ticking the box which says "forgotton? Email me my serial" but nothing happens when i submit it.

And im sure i used this email when i registered, so i dont think that is the problem

.....actually, not sure but it may be possible that donated using my dads email address, but that is no longer active, so how is it possible to get my activation code please
