    How do I add acomment about a program please? Do I use the link "Report this tool(dead link/new version out)"? How? It just gives me a one line box...

    Presumably I'm missing something blidingly obvious here!

    Go to the page for the tool you want to add a comment for. Across the top of the tool section is Tool, Description, Type, Rate, and Comments. Directly below Comments are the number of comments the tool has, and an option to Add a Comment
