NO audio when playing flash content.

having an odd problem... I'm unable to get any audio whatsoever when playing any audio in a flash file.. e.g. videos on youtube, google, random sites.. Also, there is no audio when trying to play flash files locally on my system. This includes IE, Firefox, and several local players.

Does anyone know what to do about this?

I should mention that the sound card is workign and I can play mp3 files, wave files, etc....

Hope someone knows, because I sure don't..

yep, on both browsers, latest one - video works fine, no audio though

What about your soundcard drivers

yep, got the latest for those too...As I said, other types of sound do work such as wav, mp3...

Did some googling and finally found the fix.. Open a notepad and copy and paste this info into it and save the file as missing.reg and run it. Fixed the problem instantly (if anyone is having the same issue)
