Tmpgenc and no directshow

Hi There,
I use TMPGenc 2.5 to convert my AVI files to MPEG and use roxio to burn them to disk. I have Directshow MM file reader as the highest priority in TMPGenc VFAPI plugins.
I upgraded to Roxio easy media creator 9 yesterday and after that TMPGenc won't convert my AVI files. I get an error message that says "can not open, or unsupported" . If I change the priority of Directshow MM file reader to a lower number TMPGenc will convert although it doesn't do it very well. How can I get Directshow MM file reader to work again?

It seems thet problem created roxio. I would use nero burning.

I reinstalled the divx 6.3 codecs and the direct show codecs from free codecs and it works fine now. I've tried nero and get a lot of sync problems.
