I have a DTS with bitrate: 1536, but this DTS is to big (1,16 GB) ... how can I change bitrate to 768 or higher, but it must be smaller than 900MB ??

You will have to demux the DTS into mono wav files, then re-encode at the lower bitrate.

If you are going to go to this much trouble, I would suggest re-encoding as AC3 at 384 or 448kbps instead.

Surcode has a DTS encoder. I don't know a free encoder, and licensed DTS encoders aren't cheap.
