Samsung DVD HR720

I have recently bought a Samsung HR720 player with region 4. Desperately want to change it so it will play any region dvd as i own some region 1 dvds. i tried using the hack suggestion by Guy Redman posted Nov 3, 2005 however this has not worked for me after many tries. Can anyone tell me another way to hack my dvd player or tell me what i am doing wrong? As far as i can tell i am following the instruction properly but the numbers that are supposed to appear on the screen never do.

Not all players are hackable.

As for the hack you are trying, it may work on other(older) revisions and is now locked in your version.

If this is an important option, then simply return it and get a model that supports region free.
