Need a better PROGRAM

So i have been using unlead dvd workshop for a while but im sick of it working off and on... basically sometimes the dvds work and sometimes they just stick in the middle of the chapters or movie. What is the best authoring program out right now thats easy to use and have a lot of funtionality????

DVD Lab Pro is probably one of the better ones. If you need simple menus and ease of use, TMPGEnc DVD Author.

Have you kept your version up to date ? There have been a couple of patch releases to DVDWS 2.

Are you sure it isn't an asset problem ? 9 times out of 10 the problem lies in the encoding or other problem with the assets, not the authoring. There is no point changing authoring software unless you are sure it is the problem.

what do you mean asset problem???? and if its a encoding problem then that mean it may be dvd workshop when it encodes everything at the end. I will look on their site and see about the patches though.

If your assets are DVD compliant and will fit on the disc, then DVDWS should not re-encode them.

well i use vegas to edit i also capture my video in mpeg 2 format
