Like when i try to use Nerovision to do menu, It re-encode the .vob, which is annoying because I have to convert the video format to .vob(Which takes awhile) and then I have to reconvert .vob to the same format just to add the menu.
Is there like a program just for making menu and then you can just burn the .vob file with the menu files.

tda, select add dvd video and choose the vob file folder.
I try using TDA and made the menu, but on the output, when I click begin output it seems that its re-encoding the video. And taking over 30 minutes, I just want the menu alone with TDA.
