I use DVD Decrypter & DVD Shrink to copy a r4 dvd, but copy still wont

ok, so heres what i'm trying to do: i have a region 4 dvd that i want to make a copy of region free. i have done this with region 2 dvds and it works eveytime, but this time it wont work. i rip the dvd with dvd decrypter, then i put it in dvd shrink, i make sure it is on "region free", and burn. it always worked, but this time my dvd player says it can't play due to area restrictions. like i said i have done this many times on the same computer and same dvd player and dont know why it wont work. any advice? i tried putting it on "region 1", still nothing. i tried copying the copy, still nothing. help!
