I use Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5. Prior to this I was using Pinnacle 10.5 for my capturing purposes with my internal ATI 9600 ALL-IN-WONDER 2006 card. The said card is not compatible with my APP 1.5. It captures ok with the Pinnacle program, but I really don't use this editing program anymore as I prefer Premiere. I want to remove Pinnacle from my drive to free up space. I don't want to use Windows Movie Maker for capture because of the outputted file type. What video capture application is out there that would work? Thanks in advance. Michael

Use the ATI MMC that came with the card. See www.digitalfaq.com for everything you need to know about capturing with ATI cards.

  3. Try Scenalyzer Live (http://scenalyzer.com/). It was a FINAL solution to me.

    Good luck

Only the ATI-MMC will get you the realtime AIW MPeg encoding modes. If you are capturing uncompressed, most capture programs will see the AIW. VirtualDub sees my AIW.
