==How to convert Real Media video into .flv in 1 step==

Hi,

I'm looking for software where I can specify window size before conversion starts.

I want to transfer rm video to .flv in one step.

I downloaded "videozilla" converter trial - but the whole section is grey out so I can't test it.

I tried "video2flash"
It's great but takes original size only you can't create new size for the player.

Any ideas for other converters.

great software almost worked.

It created .flv but is attached to their player.
I can't create "clean" .flv and submitted a ticket.

Thanks again this one is a keeper for all other conversions
