Hi, I need some tech help to make a SVCD with quality.
I've no problem with capt./edit an so on. But I'm not happy with the final SVCD quality.

Her's what I've of equipment.

- Canon PAL MV400i DV camera
- Capturing / Editing with Pinnacle Studio 7.0
- Burning with Nero 5.6
- SAMSUNG 611 DVD player

I'm still using Pinacle Studio DV Ver. 1.1.0.9.
I've no probs with it, but want to use the new features
of PS 7.0.
The question is :
Does 7.0 work with the following hardware :
PII-233, 98 MB Memory, ...
