    Hi Guys

    My TV Card is connected to my satellite receiver and now only recently i noticed that there are fuzzy lines on live or captured video and its highly noticable when there is blue or black scene.

    The TV Card is Winfast XP Deluxe

    Any chance of upping a screencap to demonstrate exactly what you're talking about ? You might get more assistance that way
