    I have a lite-on sohw-1633s. It was working fine on my compaq but when i move it to my custom built computer it doesn't work correctly. It burns dvd fine, but my dvd player cannot read it *it will freeze any dvd player when i put in the disk*. I've tried many other dvd players, but it still doesn't play. It will however, play on any computer. Any help on this is greatly appreciated.

    Is DMA enabled?
    Use Nero InfoTool to check.
    Are you using DVD+R?
    If so use the Lite-On booktype utility.

    Yes. DMA is on for all my drives except for my one of my maxtor hardrive.
