    Anyone know what dvd burners emachines or Gateway computers use... I'm thinking about the E-machine (Gatewayt) 6212 model... I can't find any info at the Gateway site...

    Gateways typically use Pioneer or NEC whereas E-Machines use Samsung almost exclusively.
