I need to convert from a Mac .DV file to either .MOV or .AVI without losing any quality. What tools can do this on a PC?

I searched but failed to do that so I exported them as MOV files using best possible settings in expert settings (I don't remember the settings now) and used mov file forward.

Depending on what you size constraints are, uncompressed .mov would preserve whatever quality is left after being compressed as quicktime DV. If you have quicktime pro, use the export option on the file menu.

I managed to do using iMovie3 export option and the quality is pretty much same as the original so I guess you can skip Quick time Pro.
