    I have the latest ConvertXToDVD installed. Whilst encoding I cannot seem to preview the file. The preview box on the right of screen remains black. I have noticed in the bottom Log Area it states " Direct X filter not installed " I have the latest Direct X installed.

    My old version of ConvertXToDVD would preview files whilst encoding & also had a tick option whether you wanted the preview feature ON or OFF.
    I prefer to use the latest version because of the extra features.

    I have asked many questions & still remain clueless ?

    Can someone please HELP ?
