I have a PAL DVD and I have the SnaZio SZ1350. My TV is a Polaroid LCD HDTV, and I am safely assuming that it is strictly NTSC. If I put in the PAL DVD into my player and set it to output in upscaled NTSC, would the player be able to convert to a clear NTSC that my TV could receive? Thanks in advanced.

Some will,
most won't.

I can personally attest to the fact that the Cyberhome CH DVD-300 will!
My Cyberhome and LG both play PAL thru my NTSC tv without problems.
Actually they convert to a quasi signal or to a true NTSC signal BEFORE your television.....not through it.Originally Posted by pinetop
