    Yes

    In Nero, it is the burn image option. Point Nero to the ISO file and burn away. Make sure to finalize the disc.
    Believing yourself to be secure only takes one cracker to dispel your belief.

    In NERO when you burn an image i dont think there is an option to finalise or not, it just does....

    You can also use DVD Decrypter or ImgBurn to burn ISO files, they are free and considered by most to be the best burning software for things like this.

    Well....
    Mine don't have that setting, but then i use nero express (the same as what the OP said he was using) and not nero burning rom as you have posted
