Program help

Basically I just bought this new program , its 3 disc. During the install it says insert disc 2. I do but it keep saying insert disc 2.
When I insert disc 2, my pc recognizes as disc two, but still the program says insert disc 2.

Any ideas ?

Just for the hell of it I put disc 2 in, at the beganning instead of disc 1.

It says insert disc 1 , the current disc is unrecognised ( no tag )

So is the cd missing something ? Bad cd ?

What program? Have you contacted the manufacturer? It sounds like you have a corrupted install disc.

cosmos , I have not contacted them. Just got home and did not know what was going on.

Tried it on my laptop and it did not work either

Do these disks have disk.id files? If so, then check them with notepad and compare. If #2 looks corrupt then rewrite it and save and burn a new CD with the new .id file.
