    I tried looking in the DVD Player search section but I don't see how to specify USB.

    What I am looking for is a DVD Player which supports Xvid and DivX, but also has a USB port so I can watch movie located on it.

    Also, if you can buy it in the Toronto, Canada area it would be a huge bonus.

    There are quite a few. Either with USB or a card reader that you can modify. Most are only USB 1 though which limits what you can play.

    Newer Sigma based players should have USB2.

    I believe the AVEL linkplayer, and other similar players have that feature.
