AVS Video Converter Problem

I purchased AVS Video Converter Ver 4.3.1.371. I am trying to convert a .rm video to any of the other formats. I am having two problems

1) There is no sound in the output file. Using Real the sound is fine when watching the input file.

2) I have tried to contact AVS Media for support 4 times and I do not get a reply.

I can't help you with the product, as I am not a big fan of one-click-wonders.

I can point you here http://forum.videohelp.com/viewtopic.php?t=289872 for an alternate method, or try the well regarded Super 1 instead. Of course, you will kick yourself for having paid good money for AVS, but that's the breaks.

In regards to the money, it is disappointing. I hope others will read this and see the quality of support from AVS Media. :P
