    Hi Clarence Yu,

I'm not entirely clear on what you want to do, but I think that there are a number of tools in the "DV" section that might help.

Including... DVdate, DV Sub Maker and other similar ones in the same "DV" tools category.
There is some corner of a foreign field that is forever England: Telstra Stadium, Sydney, 22/11/2003.

  3. Hi daamon,

    Thanks for reply.

    My question is :

When I capture DV tape to VHS recorder using RCA cable, the date & time of recording (on the right bottom corner one) can be captured together to the VHS tape. However, if I use I-Link to capture DV tape to PC, the date & time of the recording are missed. The reason I tried DV to PC by using I-Link because of much better video quality than VHS

Is all I-link connection can't support date & time capturing? Because, I even can't read the date & time shown when I playback the DV tape directly to TV using I-link (thru DVD recorder)?

    Thanks for advice.

The date/time are 'captured' when you trasfered the recording to the pc. You are going to need to find some software to make a subtitle of the date/time. http://www.videohelp.com/tools?s=33#33
