HELP, Javwshrp.exe and sigcoder.exe crashing

Every now and again, randomly, an application error messgae comes up in windows xp that one of these (Javwshrp.exe and sigcoder.exe) has to close (many times), eventually followed by my computer running out of memory and shutting itself down....I have all the latest spyware removal and virus removal tools, so it rules those out.....please help! What can I do??

The amazing this is, if I search for these on the net, there are no matches...what the hell are they?

Thats the amazing/weird thing....windows search cant find them....it only finds a windows prefetch .pf file for each (deleting these doesnt do anything)?? Once I did manage to find javwshrm which was in a folder in program files called XEvirus...but its never been there again??
