    Hello
    I've got a DVD Player from China (vacation purchase) brand: Shanghai model: K500S. - plays unfortunately only Chinese DVD. On the InterNet side (www.dvdrhelp.com/dvdhacks) this Chinese DVD Player is not listed. Does somebody know how to change the regio code (supposed 6 for China) to Europe. Or where other informations are to find to this topic.

    I think this is similiar to 500s available from a company called Gold in Europe. You may want to look into seeing if there is a region hack for that and if it's compatible with your model.
