    I have been able to create an auto play DVD using the UMD funtion in Toast 6 with video_ts files, but can anyone tell me how to create the same using mutiple video_ts files?

    I don't believe you can. If you did this it would no longer be a DVD, just a data disk with DVD files on it.

    I don't think you can either as I'm yet to see one

    I'm not too sure exactly what you are wanting though by 'using multiple video_ts files'
