    I was recording the streaming audio using audacity. I was wondering as how to get the audio in stereo than the mono mode. Tried the right and left balance.......anything that I missed??

    If your getting mono, then it is being sent from the source that way.

    See if they have the option for high and low bandwidth. Ususally the low bandwidth is sent in mono so the bitrate can be lower. If they have the option for high, then select that
