Thread: Philips 642 dvd

    When i first got this Dvd Player, it was playing anything i put
    in it, lately is been kind of a pain. I been using the same media
    (fujifilm) for over a year w/no problem. Its not letting me skip
    tracks w/out getting stock. Any idea what could it be...

    Does it play the old discs like it did before?

    Is this only happening with new files? If so then it could be the way the video is encoded.

    Is playing the old disc...im checking the Dvd w/ CdCheck...to see if
    is the media or what...Now lets say is the media, which im sure it is,
    is there any way i can fix it...and save it in a diferrent Dvd.

    Assuming the disc is still readable in your pc, you can just copy it to another disc.
