    I have two bin files and they have the mpeg in them but I wanted to know if there is any other way of making a DVD video wtih the bin files I have other than using SVCD2DVD or the SVCD2DVDMPEG apps.

    I'd go for this one,it looks quite easy.You dont need hundreds of different tools for this one.
