    Can you burn these two to the same CD? I've tried and my CD+RW drive won't read the CD and my software (Ashampoo) locks up when I try to erase the CD. I've tried several CDs all with same result.

    You can burn ANYthing to CD... Not sure what your problem is. Are you making audio CDs or data CDs?

    I made a data CD to burn mp3 and FLAC together onto one CD. Maybe that's why my CD drive goes into fits and fails when it tries to read it.

    I don't see a problem there... at least not with the disc. Could it be your burning software? Maybe give DeepBurner a try. It's free.
