During the process of using Rebuilder my PC crashed and left 1 gig of video files in the video_ts folder, however in the working folder, I can see the files left by the proggy along with text file saying encode were sucessfull. Is there any way to only rebuild the files oppose to doing a complete encode?

I don't think you can do that. If you are using cce and this happens often, there is a fix for amd cpus.

  4. If the encoding was successful, why can't you turn off 1-Click Mode and then hit "Rebuild"?
