Hi all. could any one tell me how i can add static text to a .wmv file . I read all the tutorils here and they were not dealing with .wmv files. I be happy if some one teach me how to add a static text for the full duration of .wmv file. Thanks

Frameseve the wmv file with AVISynth using directshowsource to load it and subtitle() to add the static text. Check the docs for info on fonts, colours, etc.

Load the avs into windows media encoder or similar and encode.

You really didn't say whether the source, output or both were to be wmv though.
